Ordering & Payments
Prices are displayed in your local currency (INR) and are subject to change based on production and material costs. All payments must be cleared via our secure gateways before artisan fulfillment begins.
Shipping & Fulfilling
Shipping times vary based on the item's artisan complexity. While we strive for perfection, Heldore is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or international customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the artisanal and personalized nature of our small-batch leather goods, we offer exchanges or replacements only for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Verification via a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests to ensure artisan oversight.
Artisanal Variations
As we use premium full-grain leather, subtle variations in texture, tone, and grain are not defects but markers of authenticity and quality. Each piece is unique.
Governing Directives
Any disputes arising from your use of this platform shall be governed by the laws of India, within the jurisdiction of our primary location (Karnataka).
Heldore reserves the right to terminate accounts or cancel orders if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected on the platform.
